Cease and Desist Letter — $650.00
If someone is infringing on your intellectual property or trademark, Regojo Law can prepare a Cease and Desist Letter on your behalf. The Cease and Desist letter will notify the infringing party that they are using your trademark or copyright without permission, and demand that they stop doing so right away, or face possible legal repercussions.
While we can prepare the letter, we do not undertake the litigation of the matter (we are not a litigation law firm), should a cease and desist letter be insufficient to stop the infringing party. In such event, we will search for litigation counsel experienced in filing lawsuits related to intellectual property infringement.
